sliding back glass

I have a slideing back glass tha leaks looks like it is not leaking from rubber seal but from the window it self. Anyone else should I go back to one peice back glass?

Where is the water coming in,the verticle line where the peices come together,top,bottom?

on the inside it is in the channel were the sliders slide in. then leaks out of the corners on the top of the rubber were the rubber and the frame meet then runs down into cab corner.
