Post Heat Sponge

A while back, there was a few posts about preventing warping of the 73-87 body panels, like when shaving/filling in the fuel door. I came across a product called Heat Sponge offered by HTP that reportedly controls heat when welding. The current issue of CUSTOM Rodding put it to the test and results were favorable. I don't know cost, but it sounds like it's something to try to limit body panel warp. Has anybody here tried it?
