Those are what I have under the seat of my C10. They sound OK. I have some under the seat of my K10 that are Jensen or Pioneer(don't remember). They are also a surface mount speaker that came from K-mart or Wal-mart. This is what I wanted for the C10 but I wasn't able to find any. The only reason I used the custom autosound speakers were I found them new on Ebay for less than half of retail price.

do you have an amp on them? By ok do you think some 6x9 in a custom box would sound better?

No amp just a CD player in the glove box. By ok I mean they fit under the seat, and they play music. They don't sound near as good as the speakers that are under the seat of my other truck. I'm sure if you are capable of building a custom box with a high end speaker you will be much more satisfied.

They rate them on their website at 120 watt but I would suggest they are only @ 30 watt RMS.
