How does this engine bay look?

is there anything bad looking? its a 350 out of a 97 truck, put into a 68, it has a/c although i dont see the compressor, what do you think the life would be on this motor? it has 43K miles, it has a edelbrock intake and carb.

Pics that are the same physical size can vary in memory size.

Looks Great!

The vortec 350s (from my experience) are good engines and should last for a long time (150k easily...and many many more). The one bad spot is the intake manifold is notorious for leaking.

We got a 97 Tahoe and I had to change the intake manifold gaskets almost as soon as i got it. And on that engine, it is a pain in the butt. I could change the intake manifold on my car faster than the tahoe, and half the darn thing is under the cowl
