Question About 71-72 AM/FM Radio

I've heard that there was an AM/FM radio used in early '70s vans that is nearly identical to the 71-72 AM/FM truck radio. Is this true? If so, what are the differences? What years did vans have these radios?

On true truck am/fm radios the "Delco" is in script lettering on the dial, van versions are block lettering IIRC.

The location of the antenna input is different, but I can't tell you the difference.

I've read on this board '72-'76 vans, but I'm no expert so I can't confirm.
