what fluid in a dana 60 locker ?
what fluid would or do you use in a dana 60 locker unit axle ? whats good and whats not ? i suppose just normal GM limited slip additive mixed in with normal 80/90w oil ?
as stated on the cover tag ? ? mix ratio ? what about if using synthetic fluid ? wanna see what others know regarding this thanks |

Dont waste your money on the friction modifier additive. It doesnt do anything with the locker unit. It only works with limited slip type clutched units. 80/90 or heavier grade or synthetic will work. Synthetic tends to find any opportunity to leak though so its your choice..

I just reread your post.
"as stated on the cover tag ?" Are you sure you have a detroit locker and not a clutched limited slip? Lockers are a different beast you know.
