Winter Carb Adjustment?

Im not too handy when it comes to carbs.... Once it started to get cold my truck is idling ruff in the morning until it warms up. But even when it it warm it seems like the idle is lower than it used to be. Should I adjust this for the winter? Or is this a sign of something else?

Most cold climate places use different addatives in the gas in the cold weather. And on some of my car/trucks I have to adjust the idle mixture screws some between summer and winter.
