So I was having a hard time...

closing my passenger door this morning, so I slammed it and the outside door handle came apart I mean the button, spring, plates all came off/out. How hard will it be to fix?

Did the bolt rip through the door? If so you might need to repair that door before a new handle will fit...

Not sure need to look more carefully. My door wouldnt shut all the way and when I slammed it the outside handle came apart. I'll try to get some pics later.

Are you talking the button popped out?
That's a simple remove and replace deal, you'll have to get the whole handle assembly though.
if you can find a good original, go for it, the repops suck.

Ya the button popped off, but I still have it and all the pieces..can I fix it?

yeah you can fix it...just fix the tabs that hold the spring on the button. unless its rusted away...then just buy a new handle..good luck.
