Headlight adjusting screws?

I've seen this before, but it's too broad for the search.

What's the Help! P/n that everyone has been using? (69 GMC).

Their catalog doesn't list the application, and I don't have any to use for a comparison....

Thanks,
Brandon

Re: Headlight adjusting screws?

Just go to a wreacking yard w/ a screwdriver & pliers and grap a couple from a truck, they are pretty interchangeable and cheap.

Heck I think you can still get them at the dealership for less than a buck apiece.

Yes, they are under a dollar each at GM dealer. I use the 73-87 ones on the early trucks. They interchange freely.

That's good to know. I bought some of the repops, stripped the head out of the first one running it in the plastic nut. Nowhere near as hard as the originals.
