New Door Seals

I Have Just Remounted My Doors After Installing New Seals On My 69 ,the Doors With No Seals Fit Fine But With New Seals It Takes 2 Men & A Boy To Get Them Shut They Have A Lot Of Binding Pressure On Them ,has Any One Run Into This Prob Before . The Door Gaps Are Perfect In Them So I Guess My Adjustmants Are Wright Any Help WOuld Be Apreciated

You can pierce small holes every 3" around the perimeter to let air escape. You won't see the holes. It helps. My dad's seals are still tight after a year.
