Re: pics of truck after 3" 5" drop

It rides great but anything rides better than 35 year old springs it was also the easiest job I've done it took me about 1.5 hrs would have took less if I didn't have to break off the old rear retainer bolts.The last suspension job i did was on my buds 99 tahoe 4x4 it took about 16 hrs those ifs 4x4s are a pain

Re: pics of truck after 3" 5" drop

Great stance. I plan on doing the same and have a few questions.
* Is this a coil/coil or coil/leaf truck?
* Did you measure the ride height before and after? Just wondering if the advertised drop is what you get.
* Did you use 3" drop coils or drop spindles plus drop springs?
* Do you have a C-notch's frame?

Thanks for the info. To clarify somethings.
* You say you are not using a panhard bar but you have one? If you are not using a panhard bar how do you keep the rearend from moving side to side?
* You are not using a frame notch. Do you ever bottom out while driving over the same bump that causes to headers to scrape?

DIFFERENT SUBJECT
* What headers and style are you using that scrape while driving over speed bumps?

Your truck sure looks nice with that stance.

Re: pics of truck after 3" 5" drop

let me explain I'm still using the stock pan hard i have a new adjustable one i havn't installed yet I have not bottomed out the rear yet. The headers are just regular full lenght I want to change them out and re run my exhaust up into the frame I never liked it hanging below. I heard chevelle headers will clear better.

I live just a couple of miles from you. What color is that? Is it the origional Aqua? Does it have metal flake in it. A couple of your other posts it looks like there may be some metal flake in the paint.
I deal with Outback a lot too.
