Does anyone make shorty headers that replace the factory manifolds? I'd like something that exits at the stock location so I can keep the rest of my exhaust.

Not positive, but I think Sanderson Headers makes some like that, or
you could get Corvette Ram Horns, they sell them new, and they are
2.5" exit vs. whatever stock is (2"?) those are what I would consider
