My Truck won't start

Hi everyone. This is my first post. I have a unique problem. I own a 63 C-10 Chevy pick up. Its runs great, however when it gets hot say after 10 or 15 minutes of running, If I turn it off it wont start back up until it cools down some. Any ideas why this could happen? I have a Small block Ceevy 350 under the hood. Thanks in advance. Jason

Sounds like your having a problem with vapor lock. do you have headers? check and see if your gas line is close to your headers/exuast anywhere cuase that might be the problem if its to close. you might wanna det this moved to the engine form u will get more response there.

Welcome. Won't start as in won't crank, or won't fire?

Re: My Truck won't start

Under the hot-no-start condition, spray a little starter fluid down the barrels and see if it trys to fire. If you get a momentary kick, then you have a fuel issue when hot. If not look at the ignition side (coil going south maybe).
