repair questions
i am thinking about buying a 90 chevy snb, but i know it will need a little bit of things repaired or replaced
1 . speedometer doesn't work, what could it be, 2. passenger side door lock the lock works only part of the time, switch works all of the time 3. needs valve stem seals,( i can fix that ) 4. paint is coming off ( doesn't most of the trucks around 1990 do that) 5. how much money should i offer for it?
