Re: gmc/chevy ashtray ??????

um, it should. the gmc ashtray could be damaged, or the tracks may be.

Re: gmc/chevy ashtray ??????

There are 3 different ash trays for our years, 67's are straight bigger front, there is the one that curves on the velvet, and the one that is on the the roller bearings. Depends on cab and what mount is in your cab.

Re: gmc/chevy ashtray ??????

The sliding part is different, some ashtrays have metal bearings and some others have plastic in the track area, can't exactly recall at the time how different they are, also the '67 has a different front face and is a one year only item, can't remember if the '67 will fit later years.

Re: gmc/chevy ashtray ??????

I think there three different ashtrays (67)-(68-70)-(71-72).

Dang Paul, I just got home and I'm half full of beer and I beat you!!!!!!!!! ^67's will not fit later models, the straight slide is the difference.
