350 turbo vacume line?
I just purchase a steel hard vacume line for my turbo 350 trans.
I think I figured out how it attaches, but was wondering if anyone had some picture on the hard line installed. Thanks

Does your line have a clip on it to bolt to bellhousing bolt? Mine does and it can only go in one place. If it doesn't hook both ends up and fasten to bellhousing. It should end by a bolt hole.

Yep, that's correct. I just bought one off a truck in a salvage yard after I pulled the cab off. I went ahaed and got the xmsn dip stick assembly as well since it bolted to the bell housing with the modulator line. The dip stick the PO installed was zipped tied to a wiring loom. I thought this setup was much better.

Looks right to me. It attaches to a fitting in the manifold vacuum port, looks like you have a piece of paper stuffed in that hole. If you don't have the fitting, you might have to go to the hardware store and buy something. If you have power brakes, you need a tap to the other side.

does this work the kickdown also?Just wondering because mine isnt hooked up and i dont have kickdown when i get into it.If it does where can i hook it up to?Anywhere that has vac?Thanx

Kickdowns are usually electrical. 71-72 used a switch on the accelerator pedal, earlier used a carb mount switch.

right 53burb is right th350 uses a detent cable and the 400 uses electric kickdown.
