Power Window Switch Idea

Has anyone ever rigged the power window switch to be the normal manual crank. You know where you just push on it up or down and it rolls up and down? That way you keep the doors looking origonal but yet the comforts of the new age?

Re: Power Window Switch Idea

I have seen this before but I can't help thinking that the first person that wanted to roll the windows down would rip the handle off trying.

HFM-EWS-1 looks to be a good product, but $97 per window is too much for my budget.

Re: Power Window Switch Idea

I rigged up the Auto-Loc crank switches using the A-1 power window regulators in my Blazer. I think they're great... no way you would rip the handles off. The A-1 regulators are strong and fast working. The switches are very nice quality. I get big smiles out of everybody that tries them for the first time... it's always a surprise!
