Another whats it worth.
I am looking at a 85 Chevrolet c 10 shortbed. A older genteleman had it and it is in pristine condition. It is white with red two tone. Interior is in just as good shape with the exception of the pull straps on the doors. The bed looks like it has never hauled anything. it has one small dent on the passenger door at the bottom (like someone opened the door into a post). It has a 305 engine. It drives, shifts great all accessories including cruise work. Only aftermarket additions is a radio / tape player and dual exhaust. No Rust 75k
What yall think??

Re: Another whats it worth.
3,500.00 to 4,500.00 is what i would expect to see on it but if you know the guy or several other situations where somone else is selling it you may pick it up for less but if its a person that has had it since day one and just ready to sell it prolly 5,000.00 to 6,000.00 keep us informed if you buy it sounds really nice i think im jealous of it

Re: Another whats it worth.
Thanks for the info. I was trying to buy this truck and resale it, in hopes of making enough money to overhaul the motor in my 72. I wouldnt mind buying one so nice if I knew I could make a few $$. And hopefully I could send this truck to a good home (someone who would appreciate it)

Re: Another whats it worth.
the value is largely determined by demographics....
around here, it'd be hard to get over $3k for a 2wd truck like that

Re: Another whats it worth.
like anything it is worth what someone will gicve him for it . what is his asking price.?? in september i bought my 84 and have neever looked back. n I love this truck mainly because of the great condision but also because of the new 400 motor in it which i bought with 1,00 miles on it. i paid 2350 for mine which i thought was a steal. but i also have a 1985 c10 that i bought in july last year. the 85 i am now trying to sell but who knows when it will be ready to sell so i can get my 1200 i bought it for back. ahh well
good luck man if u get it i hope it will be resold to a good home.
