68 + 5.3 almost complete (engine)

here are a few pics. now i need a 4l60 trans and ill almost have my drive train. BTW what are those wires on the top, go to?

I believe the wires go to knock sensors.

If you refering to the wires coming from the lifter valley, i believe they are knock sensors.
