Re: Bullethole Rims

I think I know what you are looking for . I think the original manufacturer was Western Wheel . They were called Nuggets . The one with the gold band was the better version . I am sure they are available from Summit Racing but I doubt that you could find a clean set of the used ones with the Gold trim . I think ARE still makes them and they are fairly cheap .Frank

Re: Bullethole Rims

Nobody ran me off.... Just getting a chance to get back. The rims are Pacer brand I think. Deep chrome rims with a tiny gold ring in the back with the rivets in the ring. If anyone can verify that please let me know.....

Thanks,
Jeremy

Re: Bullethole Rims

If I am understanding correctly I think the style is called "modular" but not sure of the maker.
Look like the ones posted above except they are chromed steel, not aluminum. Around the inside of the "dish" there is a goldish colored strip about 1/2"-3/4" wide with rivet heads.

He said butthole....

Considering us reading the title that way would be a mistake on our part, I don't see why that would scare him off.

Re: Bullethole Rims

HAHAHA! I can't believe so many people did the same thing I did! That's rather hilarious...

More importantly, while I may have missed it in my giggling reading this topic, I my dad has referred to them as "budd" wheels before.

Re: Bullethole Rims

I think these were the wheels he was asking about except the flat area where the rivet heads are is a goldish color.

Re: Bullethole Rims

Back from the dead (on a side note, when is someone going to come up with a mummy or zombie "back from the dead" smilie, or a "stirring the pot" smilie???).
I found these tonight but probably don't help to answer the original question...
Craigslist ad here.

LMFAO, yeah I had to read the title of the post a couple times because I also thought it said "butthole rims". I have no idea who might make them anymore but I think I know what you are talking about.
