Towed vehicle wiring complete
I wired my Scout as per Longhorns suggestion. When he said it was stupid simple it sounded right up my alley. I wired a 4 flat trailer connector into the brake/tail light harness. I unplug it and plug it into the 4 flat that goes to the towing vehicle. It isolates the electrical systems and works like a charm. Thanks for the help from all.

Re: Towed vehicle wiring complete
Just remember to ground the scout....the tow bar is not a dependable ground.

Re: Towed vehicle wiring complete
Yep, grounded it at the 4 flat connector I used to tie into the lights with. Thanks again.
