Seems like I always need a switched power or always on power. The fuse box has one of each is there some cool little connector I can plug into the one connector and then have maybe a few connectors on the other side? Or something to that effect?

But only one will fit. wondering if there is some kind of rig that will fit on the male in fuse box and have like three or four males on the other end so I dont have to splice tham all together when I need to add one ya know.

I haven't done this yet but there are aftermarket fuse panels out there with 2 to as many as you want fused circuits available. You could run the power to the add-a-panel from your truck's fuse box. I'm guessing there is a relay and a seperate, fused wire you need to run to the new box.

My truck came with gauges and that is about it. I've added an aftermarket tach, cruise control, trans temp gauge, mid-70s clock in the dash, stereo, glove box light, and I'm sure some other things I forget right now.

The way I wired it is the stuff I need always hot like the dash clock and radio's memory, I have the always hot wire spliced 3 or 4 times. Similarily I have the hot with ignition on stuff all wired to the same fuse panel spot and that wire spliced a million times.

One or two of those add-a-panels would sure clean things up under my dash.
Painless has some on Summit Racing's site. Look for PRF-70103, PRF-10113, and PRF-70117. PRF-10107 may be the best one for our old trucks. 3 constant hot, 4 ignition hot circuits, non-weather proof (mout it in your cab under the dash), $47.88.

You can get spade connectors that plug in that have to outlets.

There are connectors like you are looking for. You will find them in the wrecking yard on Cads, Pontiacs, Olds, Buick & maybe even Chevys. Look at the fuse box on cars with lots of options about the same year as your working on. Some of these plugs have locating tangs on them & will only go in one spot. Look at your receptical & see what kind you need first. I have a 3 way on my truck.
