67-68 Hood Letters
yesterday in Belton, I picked up a set of what I believe to be OEM 68 hood letters. The letter top surface has a textured chrome finish whereas my 67 aftermarket have a flat smooth finish. Are the 67 different from the 68? Or are the OEM just different from the aftermarket?

Dennis
I also have a partial set of OEM that are textured that I believe came off of my 67(they were in the ashtray). My repops are smooth too. |

Re: 67-68 Hood Letters
MDC--at least we may have established that the 67 and 68 oem are the same. I kinda like the oem better --may switch them.

Re: 67-68 Hood Letters
If I had a full set and could get them cleaned up, I'd change mine too
