Truck pics before I start

Haven't posted pics. Here they are. Soon will begin resto and body work. Truck was frame-off about 15 years ago so alot of the parts are reusable. Have the game plan mapped out and a vision. It won't look like this again.

Re: Truck pics before I start

Nice head start!
I started a thread a while ago asking if anyone had a list or schedule lined up (a plan) - A to Z if you will (not looking at time for each "mini"project or $$$) but a path start to finish. You mentioned having it "mapped out" - did you make up such a schedule or is it mental (where mine still is by the way)

Owned and drove the truck a long time. Had plenty of time to see things I want to change. Wrote alot down and researched some products. Yeah, some things are mental but computers sure improve the memory.

I'm thinking of doing the same thing...Start a Resto before my Truck gets to the "junker" stage.

Re: Truck pics before I start

Thanks for the compliments. Can't really tell from the pics but there is some rust starting to show. Other than an engine swap, the drivetrain will stay. The front and rear axles were swapped when built and are late model so this 69 has discs. The truck is not factory but put together well. The cab is a 2wd cst cab with factory air. Forgot to take a pic of the glovebox sticker. I used it as a daily driver when I first got it, then a part time driver. I'm ready to put it back in the condition it was in when I first bought it. Well with a few twists.

Column. May swap for 4sp down the road but I'm fine with the 3sp for now.

I agree. I have a rusty POS that you could start throwing money at and I would be perfectly happy with your very nice truck.
