need id on frontend

I found the number on the front axle but can not find out what it is. The build number is 60333-3. I think it is a Dana 44 ????

easiest way to tell is, a raised "44" in the lower right webbing on the center section as you look at the front of the vehicle, a 10 bolt has ears on the lower left and right of the center section, finally a dana 60 mounts with 3 u-bolts and 2 studs, the other two use 4 u-bolts.

60333 is not a valid Dana BOM number. It should be six digits. Look a little closer.

Did a quick search on the Dana expert for 603, and it comes up with a Jeep axle. The expert only goes back till 77 or so, so if it's an older axle it won't come up.

this is where to look. The pic is from a Dana 60 but the raised numbers is the same for the Dana 44 too.

I don't see 603333 anywhere in the '67 - '78 Dana catalog.
