Does anybody know where i can get some parts for a 1965 C50 looking for front fenders and lower pieces that attach them to the running boards I know it is not a67-72 but we all get around a lot and see things that we store and remember at a later date thanks Lou.

Is that pic of a wrecker or some sort of well drilling rig?
The boom looks pretty long/tall.

I am doing good Kurt and how about you and yours. If you want to see pics of my new toy go to 60-66 parts . Look for C50 parts. If i cant find some that are priced reasonable I will have to take a trip up and see your body man. Keep an eye out for some fenders up there in the great white north for me . That's a sweet wrecker Lou, another bump for you. I might be heading to Chuck and Eddie's in Southington either this Saturday or the next. I'll keep my eyes open, but you don't see many of those nowadays. Especially with the cost of scrapmetal going up, our trucks don't sit in the boneyard for long.

If you can't find any by spring, I am taking a day trip to a local classic car junkyard in the spring. I will look for some then.

I'm doing pretty good Lou. I haven't moved but I have been very busy. Between going to school, working full time, and family (3 kids), I haven't had a lot of free time. I finally graduated last month and I've had a few weeks off before I start my new job next week, so I have had a little free time on my hands. With some of this free time I have been floating around on the parts board to see if I can pick anything up for the 67 swb. I've also been getting some stuff done around the house. Between the two 67's I almost have all the parts that I need to put the swb back together. The big piece that I am missing is the step bed. I'll get a hold of one eventually, I just have to keep my eyes peeled. That's about the extent of my recent vacation. How have you been doing?

I know where 4 are right now a 65 C/30 a 68 C/30 and a 70 C/30 all wreckers like this one

BigBlockBurris owned this one then he sold it..

hey all i have a 1967 chevy one ton wrecker with a hand boom and i am
also looking at a 1970 or 1971 chevy one tow wrecker with a 440 or a 480 boom and also talking to one of my friend who has a 1969 chevy one
ton home made 480 wrecker he was saying there is a old one ton chevy wrecker with a 500 or 550 boom for sale too

I have a`71 C/30 with a Holmes 440 on it in great condition.No rust in the tow body at all.

I am still on the hunt for a lot of body parts, I got it running after 15 yrs of sitting. I also went through the complete brake system and fixed them. Now it is time for the body ( possibly a cab- inner and outer fenders- doors. The cab is the same as a c10-20-30-40- 64-66 will fit. if thier is one out thier cheap and within a reasonable distance please let me know. thanks Lou. H.
