Frame Off ?

Hello as some of you guys know im doing a frame off restoration i was just wondering after chassis and frame are complete do i put the truck back together or just take the body to the shop and let them do there thing then put back on frame?

im redoing all my frame and suspention i was curious about all the over spray afterwards from the body shop
