I couple days ago I had a thread about a guy I knew who was having some gauge trouble. He delivers supplies to my shop and he and I are always talking trucks. Well here are the pics. He kept it pretty original except the houndstooth and tach. He still has a couple more things to do but it's already really nice.

Buy the way the seat isn't torn, it looks like it on the drivers side, I must have set something on it.

I never really liked that color until recently, and it kind of grows on you. That is one sweet looking truck.

K.I.S.S,I like`em stock(lookin`).Although I keep them close to original,I`ve never had the disipline to do one that stock.Watch me,I`ll do one yet.

My 72 is ocre and white. When I bought it I was really wanting to change the color. I just happened onto a truck just like mine with new paint and clearcoat man was it pretty. I think I will leave it ocre now.

......are the springs in the back stock?? Just curious most stock 4X4's look to sit level...that one looks slightly elevated....Great looking truck......

I love the stock look too, and this one looks sweet. Some nice Aluminum wheels siitin on some 33's would look good too.
