bench seats

What bench seats fit in these trucks that dont require a lot of modifications? and i dont really want anything that can be seen from behind the truck throught the window if that makes sense, thanks in advance...Derek

I have seen that people have been using seats out of the newer Dodge trucks with some modifications. I have also seen pics somewear on here, not sure wear though. Someone should have a lot of info on this for you. Best of luck up in the bush! LOL

My '69 has a bench from a late 70's GMC. It does have some 3 inch spacers and a few new holes had to be drilled.

The back of the seat sits right at the bottom of the window.

wornbrakes-the bush is going to be awesome, too bad i couldnt bring my comp up there, if i could id probably never leave, just got my exceptance letter into a trade school i applied for to take welding, wow im excited, cant wait to build some carrraazzzzy stuff when im done
bobs409-do you think a late 70's seat is worth using or just stick to the stock? are they a lot alike? i cant picture a late 70's right now...

It was in my truck when I bought it. It sure is comfy. Alot nicer looking too. It has the vinyl sides and back but the front is cloth and it has stripes on it.

Not sure I would go through the trouble of swapping an original but if yours is shot, maybe.
