hey y'all from south Alabama
It never fails to amaze me how dumb i can be when it comes to computers, I slowly finding my way through a little better each day. Getting that out of the way I'm from slocomb Alabama about 15 miles north of the Florida line. I had a 84 chevy shortbed restored it as a daily driver, sold it and now I'm working on a 67 shortbed stepside. This time I'm planning to go all the way It's completely disassembled right now, I'm through with the chassis dropped a new front end in to convert it over to power steering and disc brakes replaced upper and lower ball joints a frame bushing ect.. painted frame with urathane enamel black. right now I'm into the body work my cab is in primer ready to paint almost through with my bed. I'm planning on doing everything to it myself. If it wasn't for the fear of having to pay alamony I would sleep with my truck evry night I got it bad in a good way.____________________________Kevin aka ChevyCrazy67

Re: hey y'all from south Alabama
Kevin, Welcome from just south of Memphis! I grew up in Dothan, and have been to Slocomb many times in my high school days. Most of my family still lives in or around Dothan, so I get down there often. There are several members on here from places around you, so don't be shy. Ask questions and you'll get back answers. Later, David

Re: hey y'all from south Alabama
Kevin, I wasn't here when the ice storm hit, but was in north LA at that time. It was bad, not doubt. Just wanted to mention that Moultrie,GA swap meet is coming up the first weekend in Feb. I'll be there trying to sell a bunch of chevy parts. Nothing for a 67-72 sorry. It's not far away and if you've never been there, it's worth going. David

Welcome to the forum ChevCrazy67. We all had trouble with these things at one time so don't feel too bad. Show us some pics of your 67 project when you have time....

Welcome from West Tennessee. Good to know I'm not the only one with computer issues. Computer Q/A has some expert help. Good luck with your 67 truck. Looks like you're off to a good start.
