Help!!!

I noticed white smoke coming out of my tail pipe at startup just out of the passenger side it smelt like antifreeze. I have noticed water missing from my radiator and have been refilling it and the truck runs fine. Well to make a long story short I took my spark plugs out and turned the engine over and water is coming out my #7 and #8 cylinders sparkplug holes more out of 8 than 7.
I did the normal trouble shooting

the facts

no water in oil oil looks good
antifreeze smell in exhaust
engine has about 2500 miles on it
I did not retorque my heads

What are the likely hood of it just being the intake manifold gasket?
what the chance of both head gaskets blowing?

NAW... IF YOU ONLY HAVE 2500 MILES ON THE MOTOR, I KINDA DOUBT IT IS MORE THAN A HEAD GASKET OR INTAKE GASKET, OR BOTH. I DON'T KNOW WHAT KIND OF GASKETS YOU USED, BUT I LIKE TO USE FEL-PRO GASKETS. THE HEAD GASKETS ARE CALLED PERMA-TORQUE GASKETS & NEVER NEED RETORQUING. THE FIRST THING I WOULD TRY IS GASKETS. (THE SIDE WITH THE BLUE STRIPE GOES UP) JOHN

Re: Help!!!

I'm surprised it's not over heating. Yup, head gasket because there is no water flow through and around the intake manifold.

Re: Help!!!

rings should be fine now just check the deck and the face of the heads and block make sure everything square. install new head gaskets and get the intake gasket on good and put her back together and hope eveything goes okay

Re: Help!!!

Go Fel-Pro all the way, they are the only gaskets I use. Never had a problem in well over 100 engines

Re: Help!!!

CASE... I'VE REBUILT MORE THAN A FEW MOTORS, & ONE LITTLE THING I ALWAYS DO IS USE FEL-PRO GASKETS. THEY ARE NOT THE CHEAPEST GASKETS YOU CAN BUY, BUT THATS OK... YOU DON'T WANT THE CHEAPEST ONES YOU CAN GET. ANOTHER LITTLE TIP IS SPRAYING BOTH SIDES OF THE HEAD GASKET WITH A COPPER HIGH-TAC & SEALANT PAINT (SEE PIC.) . JUST SPRAY IT ON BOTH SIDES & LET IT TAC UP FOR 4 OR 5 MINUTES BEFORE YOU INSTALL THEM. THIS REALLY SEALS EM UP & MAKES THEM STICK LIKE SH!T TO A BLANKET. JOHN
