Newbie From Nebraska
Im not exactly new here but i hadnt posted until i had some questions. I have a blue/white 72 cheyenne half ton, that i bought a couple years ago. I go to school at UNL and therefore dont have alot of time to work on my truck. Its body is 100% rust free, has the cheyenne package, and has factory air. Some of the problems i would like to take care of are finding a compressor and brackets for the air (engine is a 76 350 dont know if the 72 brackets will work for the engine year), new wheel and tire setup, radio/CD player/speakers without hacking the dash, installation of a new steering wheel (dont think it should be too hard, not for sure) and getting some seatbelts out of a truck i know of and getting them in my truck (mom is having a fit, rightfully so, but i am pretty sure Nebraska law says that i dont have to have them in a 72 i think the cutoff is 72) . I have already had lots of my questions answered by roaming the board and i look forward to corresponding with anyone on here. Here are some pics

Re: Newbie From Nebraska
Welcome from Kentucky. Nice truck. You do what you want but I am with your Mom on the seat belts. Safety first. I have a grandaughter your age and we would not let her even think of driving with out her seat belt. I think you are right about the law. But that law will not save your life. MO
