Re: Progress Teaser Photos!!
Great job on the bed, but where are your inner fenders? Just kidding, looks great. The free beer sounds great, but I'm in cold MN. If you want to wait until spring, I might ride the old Harley out to help.

Looks good. Is your hood hinges and springs powder coated or chrome?

Re: Progress Teaser Photos!!
Hey, nothing is stopping you Yank. Just put the wood be OVER the steel one!!!
Or, knowing the condition of your steel bed, you wouldn't have any problems trading someone!!!

Re: Progress Teaser Photos!!
Thanks Guys...
bskylerj, hinges are chromed (mistake on my part, I thought my hinges were ok, but they are worn, next time I need to buy new hinges and have those chromed if I do it again) dennislbrooks, paint code is GM-68 (I tried to match the int Bright Blue for 67, but this color turned out just a tint greener. northcountry67, if you look on the wall past the hood, the inner fenders are hanging up. Will put those in after the paint is buffed out and the ghost flames are painted on. (then I can bolt the fender emblems on, then inner fenders go on) Ya Mario, I started tearing this truck down in Jan of 99, so I am now at 7 years.... Fun rebuilding these??? I don't know about that. We will see how I feel once I am driving this one. (kinda why I got rid of my 71 2wd blazer, did not want to commit the next 7 years to building that one)....
