How do you find a godd paint and body place/man
I am not ready to paint yet but I figure now is as good as time as any to start checking places out.

Any paint shop is only as good as the man doing the painting. Get references, ask for pics of some of their work, or maybe ask to look at a car or two that was just painted. Find out what they do to prep the car for painting. Some shops don't even scuff the old paint, but instead they just wipe the car down with thinner and start shooting.

Check out local cars with nice paint jobs. Talk to the owners and find out who did the work and if they were happy or would have them do work for them again. I know a great shop in Cedar Park, H&R auto body.

Paint it yourself...That is what I did with my 69 Camaro.
