Welcome to the board from Tn. You are doing good so far as you have picked something that you can still find parts for. You went to a place that can give you great tips on what to do or not do to your truck. Make a plan then stay with it. Little things to think about are how much money can you spend on it. How much time can you devote to it. Do you have a place to work on it. Do you have tools to do the work. Is this your driver or just something to play with. Are you a hands on person that has always took things apart to see what makes them tick. If you are still with me and have answers to the above questions you are ready to start. Keep us posted on what you're doing and we'll help any way we can. Good luck. Ron ( Mr Round Tuit)
