1955 2nd Series p/u
Hi, I'm new here but wanted to ask a few questions: how rare are 1955 2nd series p/u's with a 265 V-8 in them? How about with an original 4 speed automatic? Long bed? Original owner?
Is there any collector's looking for these trucks that need to be restored? Any and all replies appreciated. Thanks |

Re: 1955 2nd Series p/u
Wecome to the board! Around here(Oklahoma/Kansas) both the 265 and 4 speed automatic are very rare. Most came a 6 cylinder/manual trans, usually a 3speed or less often with the(granny)4 speed.Yes there are definely people that might be interested, depending on condition/price ect.Although much less interest(at least around this area) because it is a long bed.
