60' Front suspension?

I have a good 60' apache c-20 that I am starting to restore. I have several 1/2 ton coil spring rearends to swap out the 8 bolt low geared rearend, but I was wondering about the frontend. The 60'- 62' have a different front suspension than th 63'-72'. Will the 67'-72' fronts bolt under the 60' or can I put 1/2 ton spindles and 5 bolt hubs on the old 3/4 front ? Please help, Thanks Todd
