Anyone Buy From RockAuto.com?
I was googling around looking for good deals on parts when I hit Rockauto.com. Just wondering if anyone has dealt with them and what their experiences were like. Their prices sure seem good for brand-name parts.

don't forget to check their shipping charges. Prices good, shipping very bad.

I have no complaints from them. Quick shipping. Nice online catalog I thought.

Re: Anyone Buy From RockAuto.com?
I have placed several orders through them, and they are great. Never had an issue with "bad shipping" (whatever that means). Their online catalog is excellent. They do ship from several locations across the country, but usually that makes shipping quicker because if they have something at a warehouse closer to your house, you'll get it sooner, and they do adjust shipping prices according to where it was sent from.

Nothing but good experiences for me. I had a mirror from them that was damaged and no problems returning it. Chris

Re: Anyone Buy From RockAuto.com?
I recently had a bad experience with rockauto, I purchased an exhaust system for my 95 Caprice that I could not get to fit (pipes over rearend were so tight they would hit the axles)
I tried to talk to customer service and was given the run-around, It wound up I would have to pay another 60 bucks to ship everything back, after already paying 30 the first time. After all that I found I could buy everything from Orielly auto parts for about the same price. This is the third time in a row I've been screwed buying something over the net, It wont happen a 4th time........

Re: Anyone Buy From RockAuto.com?
By "shipping bad" I mean that when I checked a few things out with them a realistic $8 UPS charge was $35.
