350 help...
I would like to know if a 1972 350 2-barrel out of a impala mated to a Turbo-hydromatic 350 is a 2 or 4 bolt main without pulling the oil pan, does anyone know? Thanks, Doug

Re: 350 help...
I's nothing but a guessing game, and in all reality, it doesn't matter onless you plan on leaning on it REAL hard.
But, to play the guessing game, I'll say 2 bolt. |

Re: 350 help...
Would the combo be worth 200? It runs pretty good.

Re: 350 help...
Hell yes. Even for a rebuild. It can be a 2 or 4 bolt like was said. If the casting no. is 3970010. Gm put a lot of 4 bolts in trucks and 2 bolts in vettes so it's a crapshoot. Unless you're gonna drag race and run nitrous It don't matter.
