Bought heater box from Shifty - Great Guy!!
After reading a post from Shifty about wanting a smooth firewall for his non a/c 68, and noticing that he was also in the Atlanta area, I PM'd him to see if he would be interested in selling his heater box. Since neither of us had a good idea what it was worth, we agreed on a price, and I made plans to go by his house and pick it up. When I arrived there he said that he had spoke with some other people and decided that a lower price than we agreed upon would be fair. Man, how much fairer can a guy be. Thanks a lot Shifty, and looking forward to seeing your truck when it is finished.

Just a quiet guy, I guess : ) I've posted a couple of other times, in years past. How much time I spend here goes up and down with how much time/money I have to spend on my truck. I'm getting close go getting it on the road, so I'll probaby be here a little more.

Thanks, guys. Yeller, I'm just glad someone else got some benefit from something I otherwise wouldn't have used. Hope it all works out for you.
You know, you left the bolts behind, I think I just realized while installing my headers this weekend that they're still there!
