What's a LWB bed worth? - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

My wife has a SWB so they're no good to me but, I found 2 pretty decent LWB beds cheap. One has almost no rust and a pretty straight tailgate, and even a straight floor. The other is a back end of a truck somebody turned into a trailer. Also almost no rust, one very straight bedside but the floor is wavy from hauling loads. $200 for both. Could I make anything off them or should I pass?

I paid 1800.00 for one out of AZ in mint condition. Just my $.02 worth.

And I've sold 2 real good ones here in CA for $300 each. Go figure

From what I have seen sell on here, $300 each is a fair price.

heck i'd give 300 buxs for a good one seeing my floor has holes in it and and the side panels are full of bondo

I could always use a good cheap bed. LWB bedsides mostly.
