Custom 72 on Ebay, what do you think?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1972-...ayphotohosting

Main thing I don't like is the painted headlight surrounds/grille, a full width grille with hidden headlights would look so much better.

Come to think of it, that bed bob and lower side stripes look out of place too. Why not just use a short fleet bed?

I dunno man, I really think chopping these trucks looks ugly as all hell. Otherwise, it's not bad. It's not a bad truck, but not worth $16k.

There are quite a few paint defects in the engine compartment. Overall it looks pretty clean, although WAY too bright for me.

The only chop I've ever seen on these trucks that I REALLY liked was the one on that Grabber Blue stepside, I think it was XXL who owned it.

Re: Custom 72 on Ebay, what do you think?

I dunno, for some reason,I like it.It`s different. The whole basis for custom, originally, was use what you got. It`s good work.Don`t get me wrong,I wouldn`t like it any more if it was a short fleet. Not my style. But,I think it would look cool enough going down the road.

Re: Custom 72 on Ebay, what do you think?

some nice touches like the rear roll pan and louvered hood(could've done another 40 or so)// but overall the squashed look from the chop and bob tail treatment pretty well ugly it out

Re: Custom 72 on Ebay, what do you think?

I'll just make it plain and simple:

This a F'ing Fugly POS!!! "Custom"??? It's just ruined. Yeah, that's it, It's a "Ruined Custom". Yeah, LOL!!

When someone goes this far and then trys to sell it, it almost impossible, cause of the CRAP they've done to it.
I would be on the floor Laughing my A** off if this clown pulled up next to my truck at a Show

Gee, can ya tell I don't like It. LOL!!
