Help with a leak.

Just had a Duo-Vent sliding rear window installed with a new gasket. Took it to the car wash and it's leaking from the gasket,through the lower driver's side, into the cab. I'll be taking it back to the windsheild guys but I wanted to ask you folks if there's a "typical culprit" here and what the fix ought to be.
