IFS kit for 55-59
Im wanting to start another 58, instead of leaving it stock like my other one I am planning on bagging this one. I was wondering if anybody knows of a good IFS kit (price and quality) that I could use and find the equipment (bags, brackets) to bag it easier. Or could I run the I Beam setup with bags? If so, how?
A guy on SSM said he used a R&B clip on his 55-59 "van" frame. I tried to search for the company but no luck.

Re: IFS kit for 55-59
You can't run bags on a beam safely. Fatman has a bolt in unit that has good reviews. RB's http://www.rbsobsolete.com/ is also a good choice in fact would be my first choice on my next one. You use all GM parts. Implal, monte carlo and the like. If you’re feeling adventurous you could put a 73-87 C10 on it like I did. ( I wouldn't do it again )

Re: IFS kit for 55-59
Thanks for the info and link dwcsr. The guy on SSM used the one from rbobsolete and also said it is a good choice. He had a 1 ton frame but said he made the kit for the 1/2 ton work.
