Northeast Missouri to Tulsa this weekend!! - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Hey all, I'm makin a trip from northeast Missouri to Tulsa OK this weekend. Leavin early Sat, the 18th. (Barring any difficulties)
Route I'll be running;
Goin east across Hwy 136 to south Interstate 35 into KC
then South out of KC on Hwy 69 to the northeast corner of OK. Kind variable after that.
I just want to avoid I44 , (toll).
(Or I might run Hwy169 south out of KC, haven't made up my mind yet).

Return trip will probably be North 75 out of Tulsa up to Topeka KS.
Then north on Hwy4 to Meridan (everybody knows who's there right?LOL)
I'm gonna try to stop by teeitup's place if he's around.
Then on north on Hwy4 to Hwy59 into St. Joe MO.
From St. Joe ,North Hwy169 on up to Hwy136 east.

I'm hauling a BBChevy in a shortbed 1/2 ton truck on the way down and will have an empty truck on the way back.

If anybody needs parts delivered along those routes, (or slightly off course) give me a hollar. (<sp???!)

I always use 169 going to KC from Tulsa. If you do, you will come within 10 miles of my house. Stop by coming or going. 918-630-8617

Did you buy that cab from Justascratch? Looked at it on EBAY then it dissapeared, looked pretty nice!

Nah, he pulled the cab off Ebay as soon as I told him I put it on my watch page.

It did look like a nice cab too.

I'm delivering a motor is why I'm makin the trip. Maybe I'll get lucky and find some good parts along the way! LOL

I just saw on the news theres a weather advisory for southern KS and OK., it sounds like you may be heading into an ice storm.
