Washer spray nozzle replacement?
What is anyone using for replacements on the windshield washer spray nozzles? Mine are full of rust and paint, so I doubt if they will spray right.

Re: Washer spray nozzle replacement?
Here is a idea for you. I went this route and it all runs off the factory wiper control in the truck. I added sprayers from a small import on the wiper arm and the water jug. It has the electric pump built into it. This works great because it sprayes the whole windsheild while the arm is moving.

Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs. |

Re: Washer spray nozzle replacement?
If I remember correct it was a old corala, I think. Sorry but it's been some time ago when I did it.Just so some of you know. Once I got the sprayer's home I boiled a pot of water on my Kerosene heater and fit tested the sprayer on my arm and then used a pair of vise grips to hold it in place and set in the water to make the sprayer conform to the arm so it wouldn't fall off.

Re: Washer spray nozzle replacement?
I know this is an old post, but it is as close to what I need as I could get.
I need to find out where/how the factory spray nozzles were mounted on the cowl. I like what csstanley has done, but prefer staying stock if I can. I have the nozzles but can't seem to figure out how to install them. If someone has a picture that would be great too. Any help would be appreciated. |
