Door trouble - Help !!!
the popper wont go down to lock the passenger side door ..
looks like its not engaging the gear wheel when i press down on it ... fiddled with it for awhile today .. but it was so damn cold ... any thoughts i probaly need a new latch .... springs probaly toast ... Any other thoughts or idea on how to lock or secure that door shut until i get the parts to tear it down and fix it ???? thanks !!

If I push in on my door it will lock, if I dont it wont, (from the outside) I dont know if you have the same problem but you can try, it doesn't cost anything.

after you close the door try pushing down on the inside door handle, if it is up just a little bit, the lock wont go down.....found that the hard way.
