speedo problem.

my speedo hasnt worked for some time now. the reason it isnt hooked up properly. im not quite sure how it goes in the tranny, i belive my firend that helped me tear down. broke it in the process...it just seems too short to fit or sumthngs broke..(hahahahaha) so any help ..any pics would be greatly appreciated...thanx. w.

Do you have the "reduction box" as I call them? A small gearbox that mounts between the trans and the cable, to compensate for different axle ratios and tire sizes. The cable probably won't reach the tranny without this box in place.

nope..there seems to be a piece missing that the tranny spins which in turn spins the cable..i just dont know what it is or where to get it. thanx.
