Re: Nice take off fleet gate (ebay)

It's got my chains too. Might have to buy a second one just to get my chains. Thanks HuggerCST for the link.

Re: Nice take off fleet gate (ebay)

What's up here? $250 for a premium TG and no bids??? Are 60-66 trucks and parts just not worth that much? That TG in 67-72 would probably go for $600 +. Is the shipping killing the deal or what?

Re: Nice take off fleet gate (ebay)

I requested shipping and a picture of the chains the first day that it was posted on eBay. He messaged me back that he would get me a quote and a picture the next day and I never heard from him. I emailed him again just before the end and he said he would call me and work out a deal and two days now without the call. I have seen 3 of these 58-66 new take off gates not sell on eBay in the last month. They have topped out at around $150 to as high as $250 but some of these guys want $125 flat rate shipping anywhere in the US on top of the bid so I want to know up front before I bid.

Re: Nice take off fleet gate (ebay)

Those seem like real bargains considering a repro/taiwan TG is about $300-350. The repro prices should start driving the new/takeoff real GM TG prices up. You better buy yours now, while they are cheap.
