lowering kits

i am looking to put a lowering kit on my 80 c-10 this spring. i have not decide yet what route i want to go or what drop it will have yet.

what are some of the kits you have used?

and

what amount of drop did you install?
(pics if you please)

i do not what a super slammed truck as the roads in my city are not the smoothest in the state. im kinda in a toss between a 6 inch in the rear with a flip kit and c notch or just go with a 4 inch shackle and hanger kit.
i am not too worried as to where the front sits as i will adjust it to where i like it in relation to the rear.

thanks in advance for any input
steve

Re: lowering kits

I would drop it at least 4" in the rear and 3" in the front. But, once you go low, you will want it even lower.
